Agreement
By requesting a tour, booking with us, or using Ride BCN services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our booking or contact forms. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Services
We offer private guided e-bike experiences in Barcelona for small groups. Routes, duration, and meeting points are agreed when we confirm your booking. All public descriptions are invitations to treat; a booking is only confirmed when we communicate acceptance (including by email or WhatsApp).
Pricing and payment
Prices are given per group and may change until confirmed. We will tell you the payment method and any deposit when we accept your booking. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for your own food, drinks, and personal expenses during the tour.
Health and safety
You should be able to ride a bicycle safely. We provide helmets where required by law or good practice. You agree to follow the guide’s safety instructions. Participation is at your own risk in line with applicable law; we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control or for loss caused by a participant not following instructions.
Cancellations and weather
We aim to be flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. For severe weather that makes the tour unsafe or impractical, we will work with you to reschedule or, where appropriate, refund any deposit in line with what we have agreed for your specific booking. Light rain is often manageable; your guide will advise.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride BCN’s liability for any claim related to a tour is limited to the amount you paid for that tour, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
